New back number identification approved per 1 january 2010

To improve the presentation of judokas the IJF and EJU have agreed to use the same and new back number judoka identifications.
This is not only good for television purposes, but also for the present spectators and fans at home as well as sponsors. It contributes to the image of judo and will guarantee a correct name for the athletes themselves.

As of 2010 all judoka will have to wear the new identification on their judogi at IJF and EJU events.
