Former Olympic Champion Shota Khabarelli celebrates his birthday. Khabarelli won the Olympic final of 1980 under 78 kilograms of Juan Ferrer La Hera from Cuba. After his gold medals Khabarelli won some European medals but never won a comparable price again.

Anna Maria Gradante (GER) won bronze at the Sydney games. She’s also a Christmas child. At the 1999 World Championships in 1999 she already tasted to win bronze on world level. Odd enough she won her first German title in 2004 in the end of her career.
