Matteo Pellicone re-elected as Italian Federation President

With 97,78 % of the votes, Matteo Pellicone has been re-elected as President of the FIJLKAM Federation Board for the years 2013-2016. Pellicone was alected together with the judo section members: Franco Capelletti, Stefano Stefanel, Giovanni Strazzeri and Luigi Nasti.

"The Olympic cycle, that beats the time of all sporting federations, closed with 2012 assembly. The new board will be required to face important challenges, so much demanding due to the uncertainties of the national economic situation. I am confident that the spirit of collaboration always aiming our Federation will give us all necessary energies to confront at best the different situations we will have to work out with. I am furthermore sure that the creativity and perseverance will guide us toward an amelioration of the results that our Athletes reached so far with such great perseverance."

"Our job is an unanimous one where the individualities contribute to determine the global unit of our Organization. I would like to wish all members of our large sport family all the best for the upcoming festivity, hoping Christmas holidays will renovate the energies and enthusiasm so precious to run the road for Rio de Janeiro 2016" Pellicone said.
