Festival - Judo for Kids

Schedule

Every session will start at 10:00am (CEST) with a 10 minute warm up.
Day 1 – 08.06.2020 / Monday: Preparation exercises for Ukemis - Ukemis variations
Day 2 – 09.06.2020 / Tuesday: Low Body Coordination Movements – Shintai and Jigotai
Day 3 – 10.06.2020 / Wednesday: Upper Body Coordination Movements: Exercises with Obi (Belt)
Day 4 – 11.06.2020 / Thursday: New Waza Movements
Day 5 – 12.06.2020 / Friday: Balance Exercises
Day 6 – 13.06.2020 / Saturday: Combinations of exercises practiced from Monday until Friday

Materials that will eventually be used:

  • Wooden stick (broom handle)
  • sleeping mattress / mate or towel
  • volley or a soccer ball, tennis ball (also you can make a paper ball and wrap it around with tape)
  • blackboard chalk, judogi / sport wear / pyjamas :-) and 2 belts

    *It is necessary the supervision of an adult during the sessions
