Why Judo is so important?

Judo is an Olympic sport since 1964 and the IOC considered Judo as the most complete sport, improving the quality of life of those who practice it.

Judo has a number of values:

In the case of minors, asthmatics and visual impairment is recognised that judo is recommended for these children because it improves their self-esteem and reduces the feeling of suffering a chronic illness.
