The EJU e-platform offers tailor-made knowledge on various topics both on and off the mat, some of which come with an additional certificate. Here is an introduction to some of the topics you can find online.

Therefore, it is important to recognise the warning signs of a serious injury in order to seek specialised assistance and understand the proper application of functional immobilisation techniques, whenever appropriate and necessary.

When taking up this course, students can learn and assimilate a protected and safe way to fall in the event of an unintended fall (falling skill), actively contributing to the reduction of the risk and severity of injuries resulting from this phenomenon. Materials for all lessons are also available for teachers.
