EJU E-PLATFORM

EJU E-PLATFORM

E-learning platforms have become an integral part of modern education, delivering flexible and accessible learning opportunities for students worldwide. The EJU e-platform offers tailor-made knowledge on various topics both on and off the mat, some of which come with an additional certificate. Here is an introduction to some of the topics you can find online.

Maintaining mental health is essential for athletes to perform at their best. By promoting awareness, offering support, and fostering open communication, we can create a culture where athletes feel empowered to prioritise their mental well-being.

Taping plays an important role in the prevention and recovery of finger injuries in judoka. Therefore, it is important to recognise the warning signs of a serious injury in order to seek specialised assistance and understand the proper application of functional immobilisation techniques, whenever appropriate and necessary.

When taking up this course, students can learn and assimilate a protected and safe way to fall in the event of an unintended fall (falling skill), actively contributing to the reduction of the risk and severity of injuries resulting from this phenomenon. Materials for all lessons are also available for teachers.

This course provides you with valid information and toolkit to help understand Why Judo is More – Than Sport! Why it is such an important practice to contribute for a moral and healthy development of children all around Europe.
