This weekend will see the staging of a seminar in Riga (Latvia) entitled Improve your Club. The attending EJU expert for technical demonstrations will be Mr Hirohsi KATANISHI. Nearly 100 club coaches from Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia don’t want to miss the chance to be on the tatami with the EJU expert and have registered for the seminar. The 63 year old native Japanese is an 8th Dan. He was a finalist in the Japan junior championship and also Swiss team university champion. He lives in Lausanne. He was one of the first members of the EJU EXPERT COMMISSION (2013) and has, together with other members, developed the basics of the two projects IMPROVE YOUR CLUB and JUDO AT SCHOOL. Earlier this year he became a member of the EJU scientific commission.
