EJU Training camp in Spa warms up

Next Monday the EJU Training Camp of Spa (Belgium) will start. The Belgian Federation organises this training camp on the aftermath of two major international competitions in Belgium, the Open of Vise for men and the Belgian Ladies Open of Arlon. This training camp also takes place before the IJF Grand Slam of Paris, which gives the athletes a good warm-up training facility and is for the overseas delegations a possibility to adjust their sleep-wake cycles caused by the jet lag before the Paris tournament.

On the tatami over 180 athletes from Japan, USA, Canada, Russia, Ukraine, Romania, Latvia, Sweden, Great-Britain, Algeria, Luxembourg, Belgium and daily visits from the neighbour countries such as Germany, Netherlands and France are expected. One of the attractions will be European Champion Georgii Zantaraia (pictured) from Ukraine.
