JUDO FESTIVAL KIDS TIMETABLE WITH SERGIO OLIVEIRA

Tomorrows Online Judo Festival classes will kick start with EJU Expert, Sergio Oliveira. 

For six consecutive days, between the 8th and 13th of June, Sergio will be providing classes for children in the morning beginning at 10am (WET/GMT). The classes will last for 45 minutes, starting with a short, 10 minute warm up before the main programme commences. 

With the variety of classes, there will be a selection of materials or props required for the sessions which include; wooden stick (broom handle), sleeping mattress, mat or towel, volley or a soccer ball, tennis ball, also you can make a paper ball and wrap it around with tape, blackboard chalk, two belts, judogi/sports wear/ or even pyjamas! 

Below is the full programme to explain what will be taught during each session, we hope you have a lot of fun participating in these wonderfully organised classes with our EJU Expert!

Combinations of exercises practiced from Monday until Friday

We would also like to note that adult supervision is required during these sessions.
