The European Judo Union is starting the new project: EJU Olympic Training Centre (EJU OTC)

The EJU is working on creation of several European centers for EJU athletes and coaches where throughout the whole year they can prepare themselves for the Olympic Games 2012 in London. It is expected that top-ranking European judokas will take part in this OTCs. The EJU Directing Committee together with the EJU Sports Sector are working on the list of athletes (according to the World Ranking List) who will be able to participate in this program. For the first two pilot centers in Great Britain and Russia only male judokas will be invited. If these OTCs are successful, the EJU will continue the program by developing it and making a unique project for all active European judo players. When everything is ready all the EJU National Federations involved will be informed about the dates, places and other technical, organizing info. The approved lists of athletes will be sent out as well. Also all the info will be available in the Calendar section of this website.

Sincerely yours,

Sergey Soloveychik
President of the EJU
