France is officially preparing to host the European Club Championships – Champions League 2026. The ceremonial handover of the flag took place in Belgrade, marking the conclusion of the 2025 edition.
During the ceremony, Vice President of France Judo, Gévrise Emane, proudly accepted the honour and received the EJU flag.
“This event has always been a major competition for European clubs. Hosting the next edition in France is a great honour for us. Welcoming other clubs and giving French clubs the opportunity to face some of the best judoka is truly amazing. Hosting this event also demonstrates our commitment to EJU events and our desire to contribute to this collective dynamic.”
