During the ‘EJU Marketing Meeting 2025’ held in Belgrade, Serbia, the home of the new Marketing headquarters, led by EJU Vice President, Ivan TODOROV, the contract signings took place for old and new sponsors alike.
Serbia-based ‘Millennium Team’ CEO, Stojan VUJKO signed as a Title Sponsor, a historic moment for the European Judo Union. Since the founding of Millennium Team, it has been dedicated to socially responsible activities, supporting various projects in the fields of education, culture, environmental protection and especially sports. Vujko is very passionate about involvement in this sport.
Millennium Team is the general sponsor of the Judo Club Crvena Zvezda (Red Star), which has accomplished and continues to achieve more than impressive results both nationally and internationally. It is rightfully recognized as the driving force of Serbian judo.

As the CEO of Millennium Team, I would like to emphasize that responsibility toward the community in which we operate is the cornerstone of our values. This is why, for years, we have actively supported sports, as we believe it holds immense value for individuals and society as a whole.
Vujko continued to discuss this new venture with European Judo,
Our collaboration with the European Judo Union (EJU) is of great significance to us, as this marks the first time we are supporting the development of judo at the European level, in addition to national sports organizations and federations. By participating in EJU activities, we help elevate the importance of this sport. Until now, we have supported the organisation of specific European competitions, but have not partnered with the EJU at this level.
We are proud to sponsor competitions such as the European Cadet Cup, an event that brings together the best young judokas not only from Europe but from around the world. Through our investment in sports, we support young talents, which the European Cadet Cup embodies. At the same time, we promote sports among youth, fostering true values, team spirit, physical and mental health, respect, discipline and perseverance.
We can certainly give a warm and appreciative welcome to Millennium Team for their support in shaping the youth today, also supporting Jigoro Kano’s vision for a better society.
