Following a tremendous and inspiring performance from athletes in the World Championships last week, cadet and junior athletes are raring to go.
Over 600 athletes are competing this weekend in the Porec Cadet European Cup and Sarajevo Junior European Cup events with over 20 nations in each.
As the seniors prepare for the ultimate challenge at the Olympic Games, a multitude of federations are enrolling their younger proteges on to the European platform to see how they fare against other nations and to put them on the path to future world championships and olympic games.
In Sarajevo we will see the likes of VEG Zsombor (HUN) who just tasted his first senior world event and will be looking to make a serious impression as the top seed.
