As the European Judo Hopes Tournament continue, we can reveal the European Hero and Kodokan Expert who will lead the technical sessions… it’s time to sign up!
One of the more established athletes in European Judo; European Champion, World silver medallist, Aleksandar KUKOLJ of Serbia is also one of the greatest characters. Aside from his expertise on the tatami, Kukolj is also a great teacher and we can guarantee a sensational delivery, as he already has he recently delivered the Kukolj Masterclass in Belgrade, welcoming Olympic Champions; Hidayat HEYDAROV and Zelym KOTSOIEV to join, as well as coach of the men’s national team of Azerbaijan, Slavko TEKIÇ.
With this being said, he will be welcomed as part of the family in the Baku edition of the Hopes Tournament between the 26th and 27th of July, and for those that are unfortunately unable to make this epic session, there will be a second opportunity in the heart of Europe, Gyor, Hungary on the 16th and 17th of August!
Now that the Hero is announced… what of our Kodokan Expert?
Introducing TOKUNO Kazuhiko of Japan. The three-time ‘Tournoi de Paris’ winner, World bronze medallist and current Technical Director of Turkmenistan, he also boasts many medals won as a coach in Japan, has won a number of medals including world titles.
