The Ramon Llull University is the host of the International Conference on Strength and Conditioning for Judo Coaches, which is a free event taking place in Barcelona on 7 July 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Lecturers will include Mr Jose Morales Aznar, a member of the EJU Scientific Commission, alongside other highly respected and accomplished speakers.
This international gathering will bring together leading experts, researchers, and practitioners in the fields of judo and strength training. The conference offers a valuable opportunity to exchange the latest scientific insights and practical approaches aimed at enhancing athletic performance and refining training methodologies.
Presentation topics will include:
- Aerobic training for judoka
- Monitoring and managing fatigue
- Resistance band training
- Strategies for rapid weight loss in judo
