This weekend the Junior European Judo Cup will be held in Prague. The organizers have received 425 entries from 34 countries. The hosting junior team expects to break the bad luck from the previous tournaments and achieve some good results in front of the home crowd. Frantisek Smehlik (-73kg) and Sabina Merklova (-36kg) are the biggest Czech hopes. However the competition including a very strong Brazilian team is going to be extremely tough.
The competition is held in Sparta Arena and starts at 10am local time both. You can follow the competition on the local live stream.
