President of the Portuguese Olympic Committee Jose Vicent Moura welcomed all present delegates at the Social Inclusion Seminar and all participants and thanked the Portuguese Judo Federation for the organization. “The relevance of social inclusion is very essential, certainly in this period of the evaluations of the Olympic Games. Why do certain countries have more medals than others? But Sports is not just about that, it’s important, but the noble task of sport is also social inclusion for all people without any restrictions. We all have the rights to be full citizens.”
