EJU President Sergey Soloveychik:

The situation with COVID-19 has put the EJU, the organisers of events and everyone in the world into unforeseen conditions. We are certain that the most important at this unpredicted time is to remain human in our decisions and actions, and to find the compromise acceptable for all.
On behalf of our European Judo Family I would like to thank the Czech Judo Federation and everyone related to the organisation and staging of the EJU flagship event for their intense efforts. I sincerely thank the IJF and all EJU member federations and judo fans for their support given to our continental championships.
