The SAFE COMBAT project, co-funded by the European Union, is dedicated to promoting safe and inclusive environments in combat sports and martial arts. Recognising the unique challenges these disciplines face, such as harassment, abuse and discrimination, SAFE COMBAT aims to implement targeted safeguarding practices tailored to each combat sport.
As part of this initiative, an online survey has been launched to better understand safeguarding practices across Europe. The survey is designed for coaches, athletes, parents, board members and safeguarding officers involved in combat sports and martial arts. It takes approximately 15 minutes to complete and all responses are anonymous and confidential.
Your participation will contribute to research on safety in combat sports and martial arts, helping to improve the well-being and protection of everyone involved. The insights gathered will inform the development of practical tools and educational resources to enhance safeguarding measures within clubs and federations.

By sharing your experiences and perspectives, you play a vital role in fostering a safer and more inclusive future for combat sports across Europe.
